Amy Franklin-Bihary

Amy K. Franklin-Bihary joined Wechsler Becker as an associate in 2010, having previously practiced family law with The Family Law Group.  She has been a practicing attorney since 2004 and has been working with family law clients since 2002.  She also serves as a Title 26 Guardian ad Litem.  She brings a compassionate approach to her clients' issues in a time when  they can be overwhelmed by the legal and emotional complexities of their cases.

 

 

 

Ms Franklin-Bihary is the Vice Chair of the King County Bar Association Family Law Section and will serve as Chair in 2011-2012.  She also serves as a volunteer with the Family Law CASA program and Legal Voice.  She was educated at the University of Washington and Seattle University School of Law.  She previously worked for the Washington State Attorney General's Office and the Washington State Senate.
