“Family law touches on every aspect of a person’s life. Outcomes in family law proceedings can have profound impacts on a client’s life for years after litigation is over. I use a principled, data-driven approach that is guided by knowledge of the law – and experience in its application – to assist my clients in achieving beneficial solutions for them and their loved ones.“
Dan brings a wealth of experience to his clients in nearly every type of family law action, from high-net-worth property disputes to complex parenting actions involving issues from domestic violence to substance abuse. He has served as an adjunct Professor of Law at Seattle University, teaching Family Law and a family law-focused legal writing course. Dan also authored the King County Bar Association Desk Book on Parenting Plan Modifications. He has presented on the subjects of parenting plans, declaration drafting, protection from domestic violence, spousal maintenance, veterans’ issues in family law, and LGBTQ issues.
